For Carol Coletta it’s all about the power of cities. The former President for CEOs for Cities exudes passion for making urban life the epicenter of innovation and creativity. In an environment where the elite split their time between multiple residences, where do you call home? Coletta urges us to use the city as a platform to recruit, retain and develop talent, so our “distinct-less” cities, can regain their identities and thrive.
