Saul Kaplan and author Whitney Johnson talk about personal disruption, an aspect of disruption that's rarely discussed. Johnson's recent book, "Disrupt Yourself," shows readers how to apply Clayton Christensen's theory of disruption to their own lives.

Whitney Johnson is the author of Disrupt Yourself®: Putting the Power of Disruptive Innovation to Work. She is a leading thinker on driving innovation via personal disruption, a co-founder of Forty Women Over 40 to Watch, and a Fellow at Tribeca Disruptive Innovation Awards. Previously Johnson was an award-winning Wall Street equity analyst and stockpicker, and a co-founder, with Clayton Christensen, of the Rose Park Advisors’ Disruptive Innovation Fund. She was featured on the Fortune list of the “55 Most Influential Women on Twitter” in 2014, and named to the Thinkers50 list in 2015.  She regularly contributes to the Harvard Business Review and is also the author of Dare, Dream, Do: Remarkable Things Happen When you Dare to Dream.

In September 2016,  Johnson will speak at the Business Innovation Factory’s Collaborative Innovation Summit.
