A regular on the Food Network, Iron Chef, and Cutthroat Kitchen, Simon Majumdar has been traveling the globe with random collisions centered around a common great connector – food.
At BIF, we’ve always said that innojunkies skew foodie, from the social aspects to the technical, to the business models surrounding it, there’s nothing we can’t get obsessed about it, and Simon would tend to agree. He’s spent his life traveling the globe living and breathing our mantra of creating a RCUS (random collisions of unusual suspects) through the interconnectivity of food, to which he describes it as the great connector and the lens through which he looks at life.
His new book, “Eat My Globe” takes a deeper dive into his travels and worldview, marveling at all that life has to offer through a common bond in combining and recombining ingredients and experiences.
