On This Episode
Saul Kaplan and Larry Weber discuss how marketing affects a company's business model, as marketing has evolved from an isolated function into a company-wide, ongoing conversation with customers.

Larry Weber is founder and CEO of Boston-based Racepoint Global, an advanced marketing services agency at the intersection of influence and action. Weber helped create the field of technology public relations, which in turn helped to create robust markets for new and disruptive technologies such as personal computers, software, and HTML. Over his 30-year career, Weber has counseled many of the world’s leading brands on marketing and business strategy, including AT&T, Coca-Cola, Cook Medical, General Electric, General Motors, IBM, Kaiser Permanente, Microsoft, and Samsung.

Weber has authored five books on marketing, technology, and leadership, and he is co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange (MITX), the largest interactive advocacy organization in the world.
