John Hagel is co-chairman of the Deloitte LLP Center for the Edge, which conducts original research and publishes reports, articles, and books on promising emerging business opportunities. He has nearly 30 years’ experience as a management consultant, speaker, and entrepreneur, and has helped companies effectively apply information technology to reshape business strategies. He is the author of a number of business books, including Power of Pull: How Small Moves, Smartly Made, Can Set Big Things in Motion (along with John Seely Brown and Lang Davison).
