Depression is affecting more and more people for obvious reasons especially after the financial crisis. I have seen this first hand while working as an intern at the cocaine rehab. The signs of depression can be recognized by loved and close ones if they are willing to learn about them and pay attention to the people around them. They are the ones who must initiate a visit to the psychologist and encourage their loved ones to seek help.
