Jack Templin

Internet Strategy Consultant & Entrepreneur

Since 1994, Jack Templin has worked at the intersection of online business strategy and customer experience. As a consultant, entrepreneur, and adjunct professor, Jack has advised dozen of companies, grown and led a handful of startups, and taught at the graduate programs of New York University and Columbia. Since moving from Manhattan to Providence in 2005, Jack has been active in helping to grow Rhode Island's information technology & digital media sector. Last year, he co-founded Providence Geeks, a fast-growing informal network of local "digital innovators" who meet regularly to connect and collaborate. Currently Jack is working with the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation on its RI Nexus initiative. When he is not online, i.e. rarely, Jack can be found running, exploring Providence's architecture and collecting vintage curiosities (aka junk).
