Balter is the founder and CEO of BzzAgent, Inc., one of the advertising industry's most recognized word-of-mouth marketing and media firms. A co-founder and board member of The Word of Mouth Marketing Association, Balter currently serves as Chair of the Association's International Committee. In 2005 Balter co-authored Grapevine: The New Art of Word-of-Mouth Marketing.
