How do we break today's healthcare spiral?

Rhode Island's diverse but compact healthcare ecosystem provides the optimal conditions to explore and test better ways to deliver higher quality, lower cost health care that makes people both healthier and happier. In the BIF Patient Experience Lab, collaborators design and test new patient-focused healthcare delivery models that put the patient at the center of the system and demonstrate ways to deliver health care that is truly transformed. BIF plays a key role in encouraging collaborative innovation across the health care system and facilitating projects that include patients, employers, providers, insurers, and regulators.
