Welcome Stephanie, Jacob, and Tomás!
We are excited to welcome to BIF Experience Designer Jacob Brancasi, Talent Associate Stephanie Lanoue, and Citizen Experience Lab Associate Tomás Quiñonez-Riegos! All having joined us within the last month or so. We are rapidly expanding as project work continues to flow in and still currently have positions available!
As a former educator, Stephanie uses her insight into an individual’s strengths to provide impactful opportunities for implementation. Her passion for, and experience in design thinking, was kindled by BIF when she served as team captain in piloting TD4Ed (see BIF’s Student Experience Lab, “Teachers Design for Education) in her school district. She led the charge by creating a “Tech Team” which trained teachers and inspired them to utilize technology as a primary teaching tool.
Jacob comes to BIF from his own consulting practice, through which he helped businesses and organizations move beyond a needs-based approach to the people they serve. Jacob consistently works in context to reveal complex perspectives and distills insights that enable corporate, nonprofit, and philanthropic clients to better understand, engage and empower community aspirations, values, motivations, and talents. He is particularly adept at distilling insights through compelling storytelling that drives new strategy development.
Tomás entered Brown University with a desire to answer a question and left with an answer. The question; how to make the world a better place? The answer; create more inclusive social systems. He is interested in labor, workforce development and how policy innovations create meaningful social change.
