We Welcome Bridget Landry to Our Patient Experience Lab!
We're delighted to announce that Bridget Landry has joined BIF as Patient Experience Lab Associate!
Bridget has a background in international studies and experiential education. She is passionate about increasing intercultural awareness and promoting its potential as a tool — to foster creativity, to encourage empathy, and to identify innovative solutions. Her curiosity about culture's effects on human identities and communities led her to work in several cross-cultural environments: as a high school English teacher in the Spanish Basque Country, as a Spanish medical interpreter in Jackson, Wyoming, and as the Assistant Director of a healthcare access non-profit for immigrant populations.
Bridget is excited to bring her global perspective to local contexts, and to re-imagine and re-design systems that better serve the humans who use them. In her spare time, she loves reading and listening to engaging stories, practicing yoga and dance, and cooking everything from scratch. She is perpetually planning her next trip abroad.
Bridget holds a double B.A. from Providence College in Global Studies and Spanish and is currently completing an M.A. of International Education through The School of International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont.
